Skilled Japanese workers who have been involved in scissor making for decades shape the scissors, sharpen the blades, and check the sharpness of each wig before sending it to you.
[Overseas shipping is also available]
MOMO Scissors also offers overseas shipping for customers living overseas.
Please refer to the [Guidelines] and [Notes] below before placing an order.
[Guidelines for international shipping]
At MOMO Scissors, we can deliver our products anywhere in the world as long as they can be delivered by Japan Post's EMS international airport. Please note that we will cancel your order if you place an order from an area that does not support airport flights or from an area where we cannot send scissors.

The payment method is paypal.

It will arrive in about 7 to 14 days after shipping.

Depending on the country, there are also countries that cannot be tracked locally.
[About returns and exchanges]
Products shipped overseas cannot be returned or exchanged.
[Precautions for overseas shipping]
In principle, we do not attach any instruction manuals to our products.
If you want to use it for local people, please carefully read the scissor video posted on Instagram and the product description before using it.
We take special care in packaging products for overseas shipments, but on rare occasions accidents such as damage during transportation or loss of products may occur.
As soon as we receive a request from the customer, we will request the post office or shipping company to investigate and claim compensation, but in general, it takes a considerable amount of time to investigate and compensate for packages destined for overseas.
Replacement items cannot be shipped until approval is obtained from the post office or shipping company.

海外へ発送した商品につきましては、返品・交換はできません。
【海外発送について注意事項】
当店の商品には原則的に取扱い説明書等は一切添付しておりません。
現地の方にご使用いただく場合は、インスタグラムに載せているシザーの動画、商品の説明欄をよく読んだ上でご使用いただきますようお願いします
海外向け商品の梱包には当店としても特別の注意を致しております、しかし、まれに輸送途上の破損等の事故や、商品の紛失等が発生する場合がございます。
お客様からの申し出があり次第、当社から郵便局、もしくは運送会社に調査依頼、補償の請求を致しますが、一般に海外向けの荷物は調査、補償にかなりの長時間がかかります。
代品の発送に付きましては、郵便局もしくは運送会社からの承認があるまで行うことが出来ません。
